Spinach Seafood Salad
1-2 cups baby spinach
½ - 1 cup sliced imitation crab meat
5-6 shrimp
½ apple - sliced
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional – raisins, pineapple chunks
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy. If the shrimp aren't cooked, cook
them in vinegar and lemon juice, then add to salad. |
